peanut butter cornflake cookies 2 FINAL

A little while back I was on a mission to use up a bunch of food in my pantry before a big move. I had a full box of unopened corn flakes that I wasn’t sure what to do with. I knew I could use them for Cornflake Crusted Chicken, but I’d still have a ton leftover to deal with.  When I came across this recipe at Sticky, Gooey, Cream, Chewy, which Susan called the ‘Holycraptheseareamazing Cookies,’ I knew I had hit the jackpot.
