Here is what you need to know: Peaches are delicious. Roasting peaches in the oven brings out a delicious flavor that is perfect for a light Summer dessert. If you would like to lighten it up you can substitute sorbet for ice cream. I think I’ll stick with ice cream though. Bacon Cinnamon Rolls. They are the perfect sweet and savory combination. If you want to fancy it up, you can of course make the cinnamon rolls from scratch, but I really like the Pillsbury Cinnabon style of canned cinnamon rolls, so I use those. You can use a good quality precooked bacon, or regular bacon. I like the precooked bacon from Costco personally. I ran across the beautiful pictures at Milk & Honey and decided this would be the perfect way to use up the strawberries I had left over from making freezer jam. May I just say that I hate my stupid oven. It can run anywhere from 100 to 200 degrees hotter than it should, then when I made this cake, I pulled it out after an hour in the oven and it was a lukewarm batter. Bah! This is why I don’t bake very often,
