Amway’s Nutrilite – Four Week Update #AmwayNutrilite

Nutrilite1 (1)

Four weeks ago, I shared my new journey to getting healthy with Amway’s Nutrilite. I haven’t been perfect along the way, but for the most part I have stayed on track and am continuing to feel better. At week 4, I have lost a total of 5 pounds and although I haven’t been measuring inches, I can tell that my waist and thighs are starting to shrink. My clothes feel a little less snug, which is always a good result.

Horizon Organic

Does your family live an all-organic lifestyle?  In my home we do a little bit of both, but when my youngest was an infant I only made his baby food with organic fruits and vegetables.  There was a peace of mind knowing that I was feeding him non-treated foods in such a critical part of his growth and development. Now that my kids are older, we have strayed away from the all-organic lifestyle, but I do often purchase organic produce and dairy products.  I appreciate

Amway’s Nutrilite – Two Week Update #AmwayNutrilite

Nutrilite1

Two weeks ago, I shared my new journey to getting healthy with Amway’s Nutrilite.  Now that I have officially completed two weeks of the weight management program, I can confidently say that I feel MUCH better and already down four pounds.  I am consistently consuming more fruits, vegetables and whole grains, which my body has been desperately needing for a long time. It is amazing how clear my head feels and the amount of energy I have each day.

I don’t like where this is going. Last August, I was doing great with my eating habits.  I was

After we arrived at the store, we then had to figure out which size and style to purchase among a huge selection.  At times, it was stressful. Fortunately,

Coolsculpting Update – One Month Later

Coolsculpting Results - One Month

Last month, I shared about my upcoming coolsculpting procedure. Now I’m back with an update, one month later! THE PROCEDURE I’m sure the first thing you will want to know is if the procedure hurt or not, right?  Well, hurt, no, but it was a little uncomfortable at first.  There was intense pulling of the treated area for about 5 minutes, then numbness took over from the cooling process.  Once it was numb, there wasn’t any pain.  I was actually tweeting and updating on Facebook
