I am here with a six week update on my Nutrilite Weight Loss Program! I am holding steady at 5 pounds lost and have recently added more exercise into my daily routine in an effort to build up strength and muscle. I have started with walking a mile on the treadmill three times a week and will gradually increase that number.

Over the past month, I have been wearing the Omron HJ-112 Pocket Pedometer daily. It has been interesting to see how little I was actually exercising on a daily basis and how it has inspired me to MOVE MORE. Now, if we have beautiful weather outside, I make myself go out in it and get those steps in! So, how many steps should one take each day to stay healthy?

My youngest son was diagnosed with eczema at 2 years old. Although I was relieved to finally have a diagnosis for his red, itchy patches of skin, I was overwhelmed with how to treat it. Our pediatrician recommended using dye-free and fragrance-free detergents, as well as minimizing baths. She also prescribed a steroid ointment to be applied when the flare-ups became severe. But what about everyday use? I certainly did not want to use a steroid ointment each day.

Four weeks ago, I shared my new journey to getting healthy with Amway’s Nutrilite. I haven’t been perfect along the way, but for the most part I have stayed on track and am continuing to feel better. At week 4, I have lost a total of 5 pounds and although I haven’t been measuring inches, I can tell that my waist and thighs are starting to shrink. My clothes feel a little less snug, which is always a good result.
