Marshmallow salads are super cool for holiday meals because they’re sweet and make everything more fun. Imagine a burst of fruity goodness mixed with fluffy marshmallows—it’s like a tasty party in your mouth! These salads add joy and excitement to your holiday table with their happy colors and light, bouncy texture. You can even mix in different fruits and nuts to make them exactly how you like. So, the next time you have a holiday get-together, think about adding a marshmallow salad. It’s like bringing a little bowl of happiness to your feast!
This recipe makes A LOT. If you are making this for a family, I would suggest cutting the recipe in half. For a party, the amount should be just right.
Note: I tried this with and without the coconut and it was delicious both ways. I am betting this would also be great with other flavors of pie filling, like blueberry or raspberry.
Enjoy!
