Vintage Wooden Christmas Ornaments

Vintage Wooden Christmas Ornaments

Each holidays season, we have an advent calendar that’s filled with tiny vintage wooden Christmas ornaments that my daughter gets to add to her little pink tree. These ornaments are some of my favourites, and many of them came along with the old drawer-style advent calendar that I found at a thrift shop years ago. Now that my daughter is nearly 5, I did add a little chocolate coin to each drawer to go with her ornaments — but I think she’s still most excited to find out which little character is hidden inside each morning

I definitely have a soft spot for wooden ornaments in my heart. They remind me of my gramma’s old tree and all the wooden ornaments of my childhood. Here are a few that I seriously want to add to my collection this year!

Vintage Wooden Christmas Ornaments

Set of 6 fun ornament via Professor Tiny — Another great selection of tree ornaments from this very sweet shop out of the Bay Area. (Be sure to read the shop bio… completely charming!)

Vintage Wooden Christmas Ornaments

Vintage ornament via Fox Lane Vintage — Another cute set that’s in great shape. I believe we had a few of those little fellas on their drums when I was  kiddo. So much fun to look back!

Have you kept any vintage ornaments from your own childhood, or your parents’? What are your favourite ornaments on your tree this year?
