Welp, if May is really here (and it’s not some kind of conspiracy), then I suppose I better share a spring recipe. It’s one of my potluck and backyard BBQ favorites – Easy Creamy Pea & Cheese Salad.
Peas with cubed cheddar cheese, red onions, mozzarella cheese, mayo, and ranch dressing. It’s the perfect side dish for your next family party or gathering!
Let’s get to the recipe, shall we???
1. Add all of the ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
2. Toss gently to mix.
3. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
4. Transfer to serving bowl and ENJOY!
