OfflineDid anyone else NOT go to any sessions? I did not get to a single session. I did go to the opening keynote and the lunchtime keynote with Indira Nooyi. I regret missing the BlogHer sessions. I spent more time than planned attending parties with brands and visiting the Expo Hall.
What about you? How was your BlogHer?

OfflineMy experience this year was so much better than last. I was busy, but didn't kill myself trying to attend everything. I made some meaningful connections, both personal and business wise. The last day there, Haley, Tamara, and I just sat down by the pool sipping margaritas. It was a great way to unwind after a busy conference.
I LOVE San Diego and wish it were there every year!

OfflineI had SO much fun!! And I managed to make it to a bunch of parties and 2.5 session! I'm still totally high on the feeling — plus I met some seriously amazing folks, obviously!!

OfflineThis year, while still very busy and packed schedule wise, did seem a little more relaxed and less stressful than last year. Of course, last year was my first BlogHer so I was very overwhelmed by it all and more prepared this year. But the vibe this year was different and I liked it better overall.
I did not make it to any sessions at all except for Pathfinder Day, and even that I had to miss an hour of because I had to do some training with the Bill My Parents booth. I had a few sessions marked to attend if I had time, but between meeting with PR reps for a few brands I wanted to connect with, working at Bill My Parents booth for 3 hrs. each day, and private luncheons, etc. I ended up not having the time to attend them. So hopefully I'll get to catch the recordings or someone's session notes. I heard Amy's session was SRO (standing room only) and went very well!
Loved that I was able to make it to the Mom Spark Media meet-up and meet so many awesome members! Enjoyed meeting you all and seeing some of you again that I've met before. Last year I had to miss the MSM meet-up and was so bummed.
Sunday was glorious getting to spend a couple of hours by the pool with Amy and Haley, just relaxing and unwinding before heading off to the airport.
I don't know about all of you, but I'm still trying to recuperate and catch up on sleep from last week. The time change always throws me off balance too, as it usually takes me a week to adjust every spring and fall for Daylight Savings Time.

OfflineI absolutely loved BlogHer… and I attended many sessions… however, I really wasn't too impressed with them. My favorite part was the special need mini conference which was a wealth of information, connections and support. I just wish there were more advanced track type of sessions at BlogHer. I felt the content was pretty basic.
Other than that being my only real complaint.. I had an amazing time. I'm pretty sure that I'm never going to fully recover! The people were fantastic, the drama was minimal and the general vibe was great. I tried to talk to every person I could and stuff myself silly with the fabulous food.. which resulted in me losing my voice and I think I got some kind of food poisoning!! lol
I know that some of the friendships I made at BlogHer are going to be lifelong ones. I just wish there was even more time to enjoy everything that was going on!

I vote for a longer BlogHer. Three full days of sessions, parties, events, and connecting. Who's with me?!
