Returning BlogHer attendees will know that there is often little time to change clothes between events. I once stuffed an evening outfit in my backpack to change in to once I got to the evening event. But, the outfit was a little creased when I pulled it out to wear.

Are there any good options for dressing up a day outfit for nighttime wear?

I've been thinking of wearing the dress I want to wear on Saturday night all day. It's not a cocktail dress or anything so I think I wouldn't look to "fancy" during the day.

I def agree, hair, refresh makeup a little darker, or even add a fun lipstick or gloss, but if you have time to go to the room to do that, you can prob throw on the dress and chg shoes. :-)

Maybe wear a cardigan over the dress during the conf and loose it in the evening? Accessories always jazz up an outfit too. Fun chunky necklace and earings, bracelets, etc. Maybe even some sparkly hair pins, etc.

Love these suggestions. Thanks, ladies! I'm off to TJ Maxx between appointments tomorrow. On my list, sandals and hopefully, a dress I can wear during the day and jazz up with accessories for the evening. I'll post what I find!

Jill, I found some great dresses for the parties at Ross for super cheap too! Made me feel ok about spending the money on a dress out of my normal comfort zone that I may only wear once. I am talking The highest I paid was 26.99! Happy shopping!
