Honey Roasted Carrots

You can’t go wrong with carrots, especially these delicious honey roasted carrots!

Honey Roasted Carrots

Yield: 4 servings

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds baby carrots, peeled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 11/2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • Kosher salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450F.
  2. Place carrots on a lightly greased large baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and honey; sprinkle with rosemary, salt and pepper, tossing until carrots are coated with ingredients. Bake in preheated oven, 20 minutes or until crisp tender, tossing occasionally.

Testing note: place aluminum foil on your baking sheet and spray with cooking spray to eliminate cleanup.

This recipe can easily be halved.
