How to Throw the Perfect MINIONS Cupcake Party!

Do your kids love Minions?

Mine do. Actually, our whole family can’t get enough of those silly little yellow dudes, so over the weekend, we threw a Minions-themed bash — which turned out to be a total hit!

I remember watching Despicable Me with my kids for the first time and we were totally cracking up over the Minions and their antics. And now that the Minions having their own movie, my little guy is OBSESSED.

We set up a fun party (we meant to have a backyard shindig, but the weather wasn’t cooperating 100% so we moved things inside!) in the dining room, complete with Minions party decorations, favors, cool merchandise from the movie, balloons, and more (you can get Minions party supplies here)!

I got a little crafty with some of the cool photo props and put a pair of Minions goggles on the lemonade jug (get a mason jar drink dispenser here) — my youngest thought this was hilarious!

I also made some of the cutest cupcakes, which we shared on Facebook and it looks like our readers love them just as much as we do! (Thanks to everyone for sharing it!) My family devoured the adorable Minions cupcakes and now my son Charlie won’t stop asking if it’s time to see the movie! (Soon!)
