I’m sure many of you have heard of Initials, Inc. before and maybe even attended a party or two in the past.  Strangely enough, I had never heard of Initials, Inc. until I was approached recently about a potential review. I was pleasantly surprised to see such cute, trendy bags and accessories!  Initials, Inc. believes “There’s Only One You!”, which ties in perfectly with their modern, personalized embroidered products.

Initials, Inc. was founded by Sisters – Britney Vickery and Ivy Hall shortly after becoming SAHM’s. During that time they loved being home with their children but found that they were seeking three things; to be challenged creatively, to have flexibility in schedule and to contribute financially to their homes…but they didn’t want to give up time with their young families to get it. Initials, Inc. was created to meet those needs as women and new mothers. Over time, they quickly realized that the solution that they created for themselves could be a blessing to other women. Initials, Inc. officially launched in February 2005. Today, Initials, Inc. is national in scope and is supporting women and families all across the country through home parties selling personalized gifts!

It was extremely difficult picking out a bag from their catalog because there were so many bag, material, and font style options!  A good problem to have, I must say.  I ended up selecting the Hippie Chic (page 10 in catalog) with Oasis fabric and Aqua “Flirty” font. I think I made a good decision, what do you think?

I always try to choose a cross-body style of bags and purses because I really like to keep my hands free. (a must with a toddler!)  The strap on the Hippie Chic bag is 58″ long and adjustable, so it is perfect for my liking.  There are two open pockets inside of the bag and a large pocket with snap on the outside.  The bag is slim, but still roomy enough to have my wallet, phone and a couple of diapers with room to spare.  The “AMY” embroidery turned out really cute and the work is clean with no loose threads or snags.  The Hippie Chic bag retails for $39.99 and personalization is always FREE!
