Two suggestions: loose the glasses, fill more of the frame with your cute face, and don’t “tk!” with your mouth in an empty room. It echos so loudly.
I’m sorry, you don’t know me, Hi, I’m Amber, and I put my two cents in, asked or not. I found you through Twitter; I’m following the word “BlogHer” and saw you mention your vlog.
Good luck with getting sponsorships. I’m thinking about that, too. See you there!

I think the fear of being “boring” is natural for everyone who wants to try vlogging, but then again, I think that’s the first fear anyone who wants to blog has to overcome, too! And look at your site – FAR from boring! So stick with the vlogging – I’m just starting out myself, and I’m really beginning to enjoy it. (and ps: not sure how much energy I’m going to throw towards BlogHer. I would love to go, but I was just at Mom 2.0 Summit last month and am still reeling w/ all the information! Best of luck to you!)

Thank you for your suggestions, I’m working on filling up this empty room.
Hmmmm, no glasses, huh? Sadly, I thought very little of fashion when I had five minutes to film!! I will try to work on that.

Amy – Let me send some stuff your way to fill up that room. Lots of fabric and duffel bags and stuff should help absorb some of that echo. Good luck, my friend!

Suzi-Ha! My husband is going to let me use a microphone next time!
He says I’m making him look bad since he’s a professional video guy.
