There’s a holiday coming up in February that we’re feeling pretty excited about — and nope, it’s not what you think! We’re not talking about Valentine’s Day… we’re getting ready to celebrate International Pancake Tuesday on February 17th!
To me, pancakes are a family comfort food. We love making big batches of pancakes on wintry, weekend mornings when we’re all together and able to spend that quality time, whipping up the batter, and frying each one to pancake perfection on the stove.

- Nutella
- Mini pancakes homemade or frozen
- fruit of choice we used strawberries
Instructions
- Cook pancakes, add Nutella and fruit!
