Mix together until it looks like cookie dough. Yes, it does hold together like regular dough! (people ask me this all the time)

Press down each ball with a fork using a criss-cross method.(as you normally would with pb cookies)
Bake approximately 10-12 minutes. DO NOT OVERCOOK! They burn easily, so don’t let them get too brown. I sprinkled mine with sugar when they came out!
They are surprisingly delicious! Goes great with milk!

thank you for posting this! I made these before for christmas and couldn’t find the recipe again. I think I’ll have the kids make them tomorrow! =)

Can’t get any simpler than this! I don’t think I’ve ever seen a 3-ingredient cookie recipe.

They look great! Maybe I’ll bake some today

I’ve never seen a recipe with so few ingredients. These look great. They’ll be perfect when I need to bake and I’m out of everything.

Thanks for the recipe! I love to bake and it couldn’t get much easier than this!

I love this recipe. I’ve made it twice now, and it really is that easy. They are delicious! And you are right: they go PERFECTLY with milk!
One time I used the recipe but left them as balls, and then when they came out pressed hershey kisses into the top. YUM!

I’m glad everyone is as excited about this recipe as I am! It is a great recipe for days, like Miranda said, when you’re out of everything else. You will find yourself making these all the time!!!
Tell me how yours turn out, send me pics!

These are the best, I make them all the time. Sometimes I use brown sugar in place of white or mix the two for something different. In the Gluten Free world these are huge.

Oh, another thing add some chocolate chips to them for a peanut butter chocolate chip cookie.

WOW! Those are simple:) I love finding recipes that Lani can have! Thanks so much for sharing this. I’m going to make them with Wesley when he gets home from school.

You know, I didn’t even think about these being allergy friendly!
I’m so glad they are!

I love peanut butter cookies – my Ma always only forked them once and I know that isn’t the norm, but you know how the silly mind works and to me they just don’t taste as good criss crossed….. soooo strange…..

wow – now that’s what I call a quick ‘n easy recipe! My kids will love to make this one…
[Reply]
Oh my goodness this does look easy. I am going to get some peanut butter tomrrow so I can make some. Thanks for this

Those look yummy! The kids are home on a snow day. These would be a perfect treat this afternoon
(I love that they don’t have flour in them.)

I love that they don’t have flour too. It’s sooo easy.

I just made these for Lani since she can’t have dairy. I added the chocolate chips (dairy free) and she just picked out all the chips, lol! The hubby said they were better then his Mom’s:) Oh, and I LOVE the idea of squishing the hershey kisses into them.

I miss peanut butter cookies. I haven’t had them in years. Thanks for the recipe, think I’m gonna make some.

No Brainer and Peanut Butter got me in the tent. But mostly no brainer.
[Reply]
No brainer for sure.. these sound delish!
[Reply]
They are so easy! Just make sure you don’t overcook them, or they will burn.

Oh my — these look so fabulous I almost don’t believe it’s possible ^_^ Must try it out!!

WOW…ridiculously easy…my hubby loves PB cookies (me too)!
I like how it only makes a small batch too, then you can have a few and won’t eat them for days!
I use the Jiff all natural OB it isn’t real oily like other natural peanut butters, I will let you know how it works!
Thanks Amy!
[Reply]
Well I would definitely try it again with regular PB, the natural makes the cookies really peanutty but not real sweet.

Hmmm..Yummy! Thanks for sharing the recipe. I love baking and this one is so easy. Thanks.
