I love hosting football watch parties, which always includes yummy food. Today I’m sharing a delicious chicken club layered dip that is a huge fan favorite!

Ranch Chicken Club Layered Dip

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 packets (2.1 ounce) package dry Ranch seasoning mix, divided
  • 1 (16 ounce) container light sour cream
  • 1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/2 (8-ounce) package light cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound skinless chicken tenders
  • 5 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • Crackers, fresh vegetables

Directions:

  1. Beat 1 packet ranch seasoning mix, sour cream, mayonnaise and cream cheese in a large bowl with an electric mixer until smooth. Refrigerate and set aside.
  2. Season chicken with olive oil and 1/2 of remaining packet of Ranch seasoning mix. Grill or cook chicken in a large skillet over medium-high heat 8 to 10 minutes or until chicken is not longer pink, turning occasionally. Let cool completely and chop.
  3. Spread Ranch dip evenly over bottom of a 9-x 9-inch glass dish. Top with chicken, bacon, lettuce, tomato and cheese. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes, and serve with your favorite crackers or fresh vegetables.
