Strawberry Pick-Me-Up Smoothie

Strawberry Pick-Me-Up Smoothie

This strawberry smoothie includes strawberries (of course), peaches, pineapples, banana and protein powder – all of which will give you the energy you likely need this time of year! Recipe below. 🙂





Strawberry Pick-Me-Up Smoothie

Yield: 2 servings

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup skim milk
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 cup frozen sliced peaches
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 ripe sliced banana

Directions:

  1. In blender, combine milk and protein powder. Secure lid and blend (from low to high if using a variable-speed blender) until smooth. Add peaches, strawberries, pineapple and banana. Secure lid and blend (from low to high if using a variable-speed blender) until smooth. Add ice, one cube at a time, blending until the desired consistency is achieved. Serve immediately.
