Everyone’s Irish on St. Patty’s Day, right?

Well, Irish or not, everyone I know who’s ever had this Irish soda bread has LOVED it. It’s easy and oh, so delicious.

Ingredients:

2 cups flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda (make sure it’s a fairly fresh box)

1 cup raisins

No Brainer Recipe: Tri-Tip Wraps

I can assure you, I am no cook. I mean, I do know how – like the basics – but I have no ideas and no motivation. Last week at a “mom’s-night-in” wine and dessert party at my friend Cassie’s house, some of the girls were giving me some much needed new (and much improved) ideas for dinner. Here is the most successful of them all: Tri-tip Wraps (yay!)
