Thanksgiving is heading our way and visions of turkey and stuffing have already begun in our household. I deviated from my standard recipe to try this Tyler Florence dish and wow, I was shocked at how good it turned out. The cornbread might be my favorite part. Sweet, salty, just wonderful all around. The gravy you make from the drippings makes an ultra dark, sweet, flavorful gravy. I’d never tasted anything like it before. Happy cooking and Happy Thanksgiving! Dinner Recipes: Lasagna Rolls

There are two key features in these Lasagna Rolls, a recipe by Giada de Laurentiis, that I love. First, as the name suggests, the lasagna noodles are rolled making serving individual portions much easier (see picture below). Second, there are two sauces utilized. A creamy bechamel coats the bottom layer of the dish, with a hearty marinara on top.
