Pantry Recipe: Peanut Butter Cornflake Clusters

peanut butter cornflake cookies 2 FINAL

A little while back I was on a mission to use up a bunch of food in my pantry before a big move. I had a full box of unopened corn flakes that I wasn’t sure what to do with. I knew I could use them for Cornflake Crusted Chicken, but I’d still have a ton leftover to deal with.  When I came across this recipe at Sticky, Gooey, Cream, Chewy, which Susan called the ‘Holycraptheseareamazing Cookies,’ I knew I had hit the jackpot.

Creamy Parmesan Tomatoes are a simple side dish consisting of roasted tomatoes topped with a creamy Parmesan spread. It is very customizable, just use whatever seasoning you are in the mood for, such as Italian, Cajun, or garlic. We used a blend fromPenzeys called Fox Point that had a mix of salt, shallots, chives, garlic, onion and green peppercorns. Tasty and easy. Ready for the recipe?

Taco Soup 2

During the winter months, I crave soups, chilis and stews.  This past Christmas, my in-laws made taco soup for dinner instead of the traditional holiday menu and I have been craving it again this week.  I finally made a pot on the stovetop last night and it was SO yummy and, of course, easy. (I only do easy, people)
