Drive to preschool, stop by the playground, pick up at preschool, head to the bus stop, drive to dance class. These days I seem to be on the run more than I am at home. I’ll admit, I was a skeptic. $8 for a shopping bag, are you kidding me? With a family of six, I often have 20 bags of groceries to unload. That would be $160 for recyclable grocery bags. I love me some Pottery Barn Kids. I don’t buy a lot from them due to the fact that my money tree in the backyard hasn’t fully grown in yet. But I absolutely love these backpacks! So remember this? My wonderful grandmother, affectionately named Ahmo (you can read more about her here), just whipped one of these babies up for Mia the other day. It has been a huge hit. It now contains markers, paper, jelly beans, scissors, and lots of brownie crumbs. She loves it and is playing “waitress” as I type this. photos by Summer
