Tasty Pickled Veggies We Can’t Wait To Try
If you’ve been working hard in your garden, you want the fruits (and veggies!) of your labours to last as long as possible! Today I’m sharing some of the tastiest looking pickled recipes that are making my mouth water. Yum!

I was new to garlic scapes a few years ago when they did a special day about them at our local farmers’ market. Everyone was talking about how to use them in recipes and I feel like they’ve had a surge in popularity over the last few years. Bread and Butter pickles weren’t my favourite as a child. I found them far too sweet but I’d only ever had the sort that just come from the grocery store. Later in life when I tried a homemade variety I was right on board. I can’t wait to give these a shot! (via White on Rice Couple)
