I currently use coupons (everywhere, on everything), I currently meal plan and I currently get lots of FREE stuff from drugstores…and I can teach you, but not all at once…let’s start small!

I would love to share some tips with you, all of which I have learned from the best frugal mom bloggers, that I will also share with you, when the time is right!

Let’s start with one simple step to saving money on FOOD.

We all eat it, we all need it, so why not save some money on it??

One thing that I think is KEY and something you HAVE to do to help your pocketbook is to MEAL PLAN.

Sit down once a week, bi weekly or monthly (whatever works for you). Plan out meals, plan out the ingredients you need for those meals, check your pantry (you may actually have some of the needed ingredients so why go buy more?)…check your freezers too.

You can go one step further and plan your meals around the current grocery sales…and then one step further match up your coupons to those sales…..get the idea??

Let me encourage you to start getting the Sunday paper, and start saving the coupons…your gonna need a stockpile of coupons, and I promise to teach you how to get the most out of those coupons in the weeks to come.
