Watermelon Vodka Spritzer Drink Recipe
I have created a new girl’s night cocktail with Tropicana’s Watermelon: Watermelon Vodka Spritzer! Made with Watermelon Tropicana juice.
I’ve mentioned before how much I love a good girl’s night. Book club, PTO, craft night, it really doesn’t matter what the excuse (oops, I mean reason) is. There’s nothing like a chance to gather with girlfriends. I like mixed-gender parties, too, but sometimes just having your girls around is what you need, so I always try and make sure my girls’ night gatherings are special.
I know that the trend right now in food is seasonality. Restaurants and hosts like to serve in-season fruits, vegetables, and dishes, BUT I like to go off the beaten path a little (no big surprise for you, I bet). When the weather starts to get a little chilly, I sometimes like to remind my friends about warmer days with a cocktail and appetizer that are summer-themed.
Inspired by this idea, I have created a new girl’s night cocktail with Tropicana’s Watermelon: Watermelon Vodka Spritzer!
Watermelon Vodka Spritzer Drink Recipe
Ingredients
- 6 cups of Tropicana Watermelon
- 1 cup sparkling water or club soda
- 1/2 cup vodka
- crushed ice
- optional: garnish with fresh watermelon
Instructions
- Mix together in a large pitcher and pour over crushed ice.
I love this drink because it’s got a little something for everyone.
