White Chocolate Princess Blondies Recipe
A few months ago, Duncan Hines asked me to put together some fun recipes that would be perfect for a princess party. Seeing how I only have sons, this was quite a challenge, but I must admit – I had a blast doing it!
I wanted to make a dessert that said “princess” and was also fun to eat, so I came up with these white chocolate blondies in the shape of tiaras. (with white chocolate chip jewels) They are so easy to make and delicious! Your little princess is sure to love them.
White Chocolate Princess Blondies
Yield: 8-10 bars
Prep Time: 20-30 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
1 package of Duncan Hines yellow or white cake mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tbsp water
6 oz white chocolate chips
Duncan Hines Classic Vanilla frosting
pink food coloring
Mix all ingredients and pour into a 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake for approximately 20 minutes.
Let cool, then use cookie cutter to cut out tiara (or other) princess shapes. Carefully set princess bars aside.
Lightly dampen white chocolate chips with water, shaking off any excess water. Roll chips in a small bowl of pink sugar until covered.
Mix frosting with pink food coloring.
Lightly dab the tip of each tiara point with pink frosting and place a white chocolate chip on top.
