Delicious Whole30 Paleo Recipes
Today is day 23 of my Whole30 experience. For those of you unfamiliar, on the Whole30 program I’ve been eating only the following: “meat, seafood, eggs, tons of vegetables, some fruit, and plenty of good fats from fruits, oils, nuts and seeds” and nothing else. You can read a bit more about my last 23 days over at So Fawned, but today I just wanted to share some of the awesome recipes I’ve discovered while sticking to this gluten/legume/dairy/sugar/preservative/additive/alcohol-free diet.
Eggs are a must have & this recipe is a tasty one. We’ve been eating organic, free-range eggs like mad!

Have you ever done the Whole30? What was your expereince like? I’m LOVING it. I can honestly say I’ve never felt better in my entire life. I’m keeping gluten-free when I’m done, and I will absolutely be going beyond my 30 days of strict eating. I sleep better, I have more energy and I’ve dropped a few pant sizes. Fall is coming and I’m feeling fantastic!
