New Calendars For A New Year
Happy New Year, everyone! I hope 2012 is off to a fantastic start in your neck of the woods.
Before my iPhone days, I was a calendar junkie. I would scribble furiously all over these huge pages so that I wouldn’t forget a thing — assignments, ideas, appointments, birthdays, bills… everything! Back then, I couldn’t imagine what anyone would want with a decorative calendar, you know, the ones with no space for my insane chicken scrawl to take over. However, now that I have my trusty brain in hand (ie. my iphone/Google calendar) I can appreciate these gorgeous calendars for their unique design. Beauties!
1. This neat sewing & crafting themed calendar comes as a printable PDF from Design Birdie, 2. A gorgeous hand painted botanical set from Rifle Paper Co., 3. Loving this unique houses calendar from Enna Shop, 4. I’ve been a fan of Umber Dove Studios for a good long while, 5. Pretty little calendars, perfect for hostess gifts, from Blue Tricycle, and 6. A simple yet stunning astrological, poster style calendar from Prismatic Print Shop.
Are you a calendar girl? Agenda? Or are you addicted to your smart phone too?

I am SO a calendar girl. In fact, I would be an unorganized mess without it. My brain can only hold so much. 🙂
I have to admit that even with a Smartphone, I’m still addicted to my calendar and agenda. There’s something about writing down and crossing off my to dos every day that makes me happy. I don’t get the same glee from an electronic version even though it tracks the organization better. I’m definitely looking forward to cracking into a new agenda for 2012.
@Natalie Stern, Same here! I would rather write it out, mark it off, etc.
#1 makes me want to dig out my sewing machine and make 2012 a crafty year!
@Jenn @therebelchick, I think 2012 should be a crafty year, too. I can’t sew, knit or crochet, though. 🙁
neither and I SO need to change that!!

I don’t know how I’d survive without my wall calendar, my planner/calendar book, and my Google calendars (yep, 2 of them)….:) Definitely a calendar girl.:)
I’m still a calendar girl. Wish I could get another nice one for this year.
I love a pretty calendar hanging in my kitchen, but I rarely use it for writing on. I too use my iPhone for all of that. I also have an organizer that I use at work, and another wall calendar there too. I think I’m just addicted to office supplies.
