How to Get Steaks Delivered to Home for Father’s Day
The National Retail Federation estimates that people spend about $186/person for Mother’s Day but only $125/person for Father’s Day. It’s been this way for years. In 2008 they said $9.75 billion was spent on Father’s Day, which sounds like a lot until you discover that same year $16.76 billion was spent on Mother’s Day.
Now obviously, not everyone spends $186 on Mother’s Day, but you’ve probably noticed that Mother’s Day gets a lot more attention than Father’s Day. I have my own theories for why this is (and as a mom, I don’t complain), but this year, I feel like I should try and even up the score a little. My husband is a great guy and a great dad, and he really deserves to be honored this Father’s Day (and every day). One of the ways we’re going to do this is with an amazing steak dinner.
Personally, I don’t like to go out to eat on holidays. It’s crowded, service is sometimes rushed and it just doesn’t feel as special.
So, instead of going out, we’re getting our Father’s Day steaks from the Kansas City Steak Company and creating an amazing dinner at home.
Kansas City Steak Company allows customers to order steaks online and have them delivered directly to their home. Established on a standard of quality, Kansas City Steak Company has been providing gourmet steaks and other top-of-the-line beef cuts since 1932.
Their #SayThanksWithSteaks promotion includes fabulous options for Father’s Day, especially if you’ve got one of those husbands or fathers that’s hard to buy for.
