I’m in the mood for yummy margaritas at the end of the day, which inspired this Strawberry Margarita Punch Drink Recipe!
Ingredients
- 1 pint 16 oz. strawberries - washed and sliced
- 1 can frozen lime concentrate
- 3 cups sparkling water divided
- 2 Tablespoons simple syrup
- 1 1/2 cups tequila
- 1/2 cup triple sec
- 1 1/2 cups orange juice - no pulp
- 2 cups strawberry soda
- Lime and sanding sugar or margarita salt for glass rims
- Lime wheels for garnish (3-4 limes)
- Ice
Instructions
- Cut a lime into quarters and rub the lime on the rims of your serving glasses. Dip the rims into a shallow bowl of sanding sugar or margarita salt (whichever you prefer). Set aside.
- Add the lime concentrate, strawberries, 1 cup sparkling water and simple syrup to a blender. Blend for 15- 20 seconds.
- Pour the strawberry mixture into a large pitcher or punch bowl. Add the tequila, triple sec and orange juice. Stir well.
- Add the strawberry soda and 2 cups of sparkling water. Stir again to mix well.
- Add ice to your serving glasses (or you can make an ice ring for your punch bowl) and pour into glasses. Garnish with a lime wheel.
