Lay bacon on foil-lined cookie sheet. Whisk together mustard and syrup, brush half of it on the bacon, coating each piece.
Broil for 2-3 minutes (Gwyneth's recipe calls for 1 minute, but my turkey bacon wasn't crisping up after 1 minute, so I went a bit longer), then turn over the other side of each slide and coat with remaining mustard and syrup mixture.
Broil the other side for 2-3 minutes, or until crispy. (Gwyneth's recipe lists 1-2 minutes, but again, my turkey bacon needed more time)
