1package of Johnsonville Bratscut into small pieces
12ozof favorite beer
32ozchicken brothyou may not use all of it, depends on consistency you want
4bags shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2tbspminced garlic
1 1/2tspworcestershire sauce
1tbsponion powder
1/4tspsalt
1/2tsppepper
1tspcrushed red pepper flakes
1/2cupheavy cream
1/3cupcornstach
green onionsliced (for garnish)
Instructions
Dump half of chicken broth and the rest of ingredients (except green onions) into a slow cooker. Cook on low for 3-4 hours or until cheese is melted. Add more chicken brother for a smoother consistency every hour or so.
Ladle into a bowl, garnish with green onions and dip with soft pretzels or chips!
