Begin cooking No Yolks noodles according to package directions.
In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add frozen meatballs to skillet and cook until meatballs are browned on each side. Turn off heat.
In a medium saucepan, whisk water, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic, and ground ginger over low heat until well combined. Bring to a simmer, then remove from heat.
Add sauce mixture to meatballs in skillet, combine, then bring to a simmer and cook 10-15 minutes or until meatballs are covered and sauce is thick. Add cooked No Yolks noodles to skillet, coating each noodle in sauce.
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
