Not-So-Scary Halloween Ghost Cupcake Recipe

I tend to take a bit of a light approach to Halloween, so that’s why I’m sharing this great ghost cupcake recipe to celebrate Halloween.

Ingredients

  • one box chocolate cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tub vanilla frosting
  • 1 bag chocolate chips

Instructions 

  • Make cupcakes according to box instructions. Let cool.
  • Place frosting into a plastic baggie, cut a large corner and squeeze onto the middle of cupcake and slowly rotate, letting the frosting spread out, then create the top of the ghost "body".
  • Use chocolate chips to create eyes and mouth!
