Gluten Free Mini Cherry Pies Recipe

Delicious gluten free mini cherry pies drizzled with a sweet powdered sugar icing that makes the perfect dessert bite!

Ingredients

  • 1 Pillsbury Gluten Free Dough
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • 1 cup sifted powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp water or milk

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a muffin tin with non-stick baking spray.
  • Cut dough with a two-inch round pastry cutter, enough to fill a mini muffin tin.
  • Carefully place each dough round into each muffin cup, molding the dough into a cup shape. Fill gluten-free canned cherry filling to each cup.
  • Bake for ten minutes or until crust is golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes.
  • While pies are cooling, heat up powdered sugar with water or milk, making an icing.
  • Once pies are cooled, drizzle icing over pies using a plastic baggie with a small hole cut out of the corner.
