Homemade Mac & Cheese Recipe

This delicious homemade mac and cheese recipe is an easy mix of butter, your favorite shredded cheese, milk, and macaroni!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb pound elbow macaroni
  • 1 pat butter
  • A couple handfuls of your favorite shredded cheese i used a four cheese blend of monterey jack, colby, etc.
  • 1/4 cup milk

To taste:

  • Onion powder a couple dashes
  • Pinch kosher or sea salt
  • Freshly cracked black pepper
  • Paprika a couple dashes

Instructions 

  • Boil pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • In the same pot, melt butter over medium-high heat.
  • Add milk, and gradually whisk in cheese until melted. Add spices.
  • Toss in pasta and serve.
