Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Spray 8 muffin cups with cooking spray.
Place 1 slice of ham into each muffin cup. Sprinkle 1/2 tbsp of cheese and around 1/2 tbsp green onions into each cup.
Crack one raw egg into each ham "cup." Sprinkle a bit of pepper onto each cup.
