Lightly coat your iron skillet with butter. Place 12 frozen rolls in the skillet, leaving space in between each roll for expansion.
Cover with plastic wrap and keep skillet at room temperature. Allow rolls to double in size (this takes about 4 hours).
Once the rolls have doubled in size, preheat oven to 400°.
Microwave the butter in a microwave safe bowl until melted. Add the Italian seasoning, garlic powder and salt. Whisk to combine.
Brush the melted seasoned butter on top of the rolls.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top of the rolls. Place back in the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until golden brown.
