Ranch Chicken Club Layered Dip

Ranch Chicken Club 7 Layer Dip Recipe

This Ranch Chicken Club 7 Layer Dip has layers of cheese, bacon, tomatoes, cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, and lettuce!

Ingredients

  • 2 packets 2.1 ounce package dry Ranch seasoning mix, divided
  • 1 16 ounce container sour cream
  • 1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/2 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound skinless chicken tenders
  • 5 slices thick-cut bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • Crackers fresh vegetables

Instructions 

  • Beat 1 packet ranch seasoning mix, sour cream, mayonnaise and cream cheese in a large bowl with an electric mixer until smooth. Refrigerate and set aside.
  • Season chicken with olive oil and 1/2 of remaining packet of Ranch seasoning mix. Grill or cook chicken in a large skillet over medium-high heat 8 to 10 minutes or until chicken is not longer pink, turning occasionally. Let cool completely and chop.
  • Spread Ranch dip evenly over bottom of a 9-x 9-inch glass dish. Top with chicken, bacon, lettuce, tomato and cheese. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes, and serve with your favorite crackers or fresh vegetables.
