Instructions
Put black-eyed peas, green onion, garlic, olive oil, and tahini into blender. Mix until well combined.
Add salt, pepper, lemon juice, and vinegar. Blend, adding olive oil until hummus is creamy and to desired texture.
Serve with pita bread, pita crackers, or fresh vegetables!
