In celebration of the holiday season, I’ve put together a delicious Cheddar Sausage Balls appetizer recipe that is perfect for gatherings!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork sausage
  • 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 egg lightly beaten
  • 3 cups biscuit mix
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions 

  • Preheat over to 300 F degrees.
  • Add all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and combine with your hands.
  • When all ingredients are thoroughly combined, form into 1" balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for around 18-20 minutes or until the balls start to brown.
  • Serve with cute tiny forks!
