Creamy Parmesan Tomatoes are a simple side dish consisting of roasted tomatoes topped with a creamy Parmesan spread.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. mayo
  • 1/3 c. parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp Penseys Fox Point spices
  • 6-8 Campari tomatoes regular tomatoes work too, cut in half

Instructions 

  • In a small bowl, mix first 3 ingredients. Add a small spoonful of topping to each halved tomato and add to a prepared baking dish.
  • Bake at 350-f degrees until browned, about 15 minutes.
