Easy Dairy and Egg Free Allergy-Friendly Pancake Recipe
These deliciously fluffy dairy and egg-free allergy-friendly pancakes use flour, soy milk, baking soda, salt and a little sugar.

Ingredients

baking powder

baking soda
▢

sugar
(you could use the vanilla soy milk and eliminate this)

cups
plain soy milk
▢

tsp
salt
▢
1
egg
(to replace this add 1 additional tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp water, 1 tbs vinegar)
Instructions
Put all ingredients into bowl. Mix gently until moistened and most lumps are gone.
Pour by 1/4 cup onto hot griddle. Cook on first side until bubbles form then gently flip over and cook for a few more minutes.
