Easy No-bake Cookies Recipe

A classic no-bake cookie recipe that includes sugar, cocoa, milk, butter, peanut butter, oats, and vanilla.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter like Jif or Peter Pan...no greasy natural stuff
  • 2 cups quick oats
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions 

  • Put sugar, cocoa, milk and butter in microwave bowl. Cook on high for 1 minute.
  • Stir, cook on high for 2 more minutes. Stir. Cook on high for 5 more minutes. Stir.
  • Add peanut butter, vanilla, and oats. Stir until peanut butter is melted. Drop onto waxed paper until cool.
