Easy White Chocolate Blondies Bars

A blondie is essentially a vanilla brownie. Some recipes call for butterscotch chips, but I wanted to go with white chocolate this time!

Ingredients

  • 1 package of yellow or white cake mix
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 egg
  • 6 oz white chocolate chips

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven 350 degrees.
  • Mix all ingredients and pour into a 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake for approximately 20 minutes.
  • Let cool and cut into bars.
