Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray mini muffin tin with non-stick baking spray.
Press gluten-free chocolate chip cookie dough into each cup in mini muffin tin, creating a cup form.
Bake for 5 minutes. Remove tin from oven, then use a back of a spoon to create a cup form once again (the dough rises, so you have to press it back down to make the proper shape).
Once the cups are fully cooled, fill each cup with melted gluten-free peanut butter chips (follow package instructions for melting). You can also use gluten-free peanut butter as well.
