Delicious gluten free mini cherry pies drizzled with a sweet powdered sugar icing that makes the perfect dessert bite!

Ingredients

Pillsbury Gluten Free Dough

cherry pie filling

sifted powdered sugar

water or milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a muffin tin with non-stick baking spray.
Cut dough with a two-inch round pastry cutter, enough to fill a mini muffin tin.
Carefully place each dough round into each muffin cup, molding the dough into a cup shape. Fill gluten-free canned cherry filling to each cup.
Bake for ten minutes or until crust is golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes.
While pies are cooling, heat up powdered sugar with water or milk, making an icing.
Once pies are cooled, drizzle icing over pies using a plastic baggie with a small hole cut out of the corner.
