Healthy Apple and Cheddar Salad Recipe

This Healthy Apple and Cheddar Salad recipe is inspired by the "Apple & Cheddar Salad" recipe from the Nutrilite Weight Management plan.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 small apple cored and thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 stalk celery diced
  • 1 oz low-fat cheddar cheese cut into small cubes
  • 2 tbsp reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 4-5 large lettuce leaves
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  • Place apple slices in a small bowl; toss with lemon juice.
  • Add celery, cheese, and mayonnaise; toss to coat.
  • Serve on lettuce leaves and season to taste.
