Habanero pepper

sweet baby bell peppers

Juice from 1 orange

cinnamon

Freshly cracked black pepper

Sea salt to taste

Several dashes of your favorite habanero hot sauce

Instructions
In a skillet over low heat, sauté habanero and sweet bell peppers until just tender, about 5 minutes. Add red wine halfway through cooking to deglaze and reduce.
In a large pot over medium heat, combine cranberries, fresh orange juice, water, sugars, cinnamon, black pepper, sea salt, hot sauce [if desired] and sautéed pepper mixture. Simmer until cranberries begin to pop and liquid reduces by half.
Cool and serve over cream cheese or on its own with crackers or toasted bread.
