How to Make Despicable Me Minions Movie Party Cupcakes

These fun Minions party cupcakes are made with Twinkies that I made with Twinkies, google eyes, and boxed cake mix.

Ingredients

  • 1 box of yellow cake
  • thin black icing
  • googly eyes
  • 12 Twinkies halved
  • blue cupcake liners
  • blue frosting

Instructions 

  • Make cupcakes according to the directions on the box of cake. Let cool.
  • Add blue frosting on top of the cupcakes, then place a halved Twinkie on top of frosting.
  • Add eyes and blue frosting for details!
