Ground beef, diced tomatoes, bell peppers, kidney beans and a whole lotta spices made this easy (and cheesy) chili recipe made in a pressure cooker is the best in the west.

bag shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Set Crock Pot® Express Crock Multi-Cooker to "BROWN/SAUTE". When hot, add onions, bell peppers, and ground beef. Cook until beef is browned.
Add tomato sauce, beans, diced tomatoes, and all spices. Stir.
Attach and lock lid, then cook on "BEANS/CHILI" (45 minutes). After cook time, do a natural release.
Top with cheddar cheese and other toppings of choice!
