Pressure Cooker Easy Cheesy Chili Recipe

Ground beef, diced tomatoes, bell peppers, kidney beans, and spices make this quick and easy Instant Pot chili recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup white onion diced
  • 1/2 green bell pepper diced
  • 16 oz can kidney beans (or other beans of choice)
  • 8 oz can tomato sauce
  • 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp chili powder

Toppings (optional):

  • shredded cheddar cheese
  • red onion finely diced

Instructions 

  • Set Instant Pot to "BROWN/SAUTE". When hot, add onions, bell peppers, and ground beef. Cook until beef is browned.
  • Add tomato sauce, beans, diced tomatoes, and all spices. Stir.
  • Attach and lock lid, then cook on "BEANS/CHILI" (45 minutes). After cook time, do a natural release.
  • Top with cheddar cheese and other toppings of choice!
