Place chicken, soup, broth, onions, garlic, poultry seasoning and thyme in the slow cooker bowl.
Cook on high for between 4 – 5 hours.
An hour before cooking time is complete, remove the chicken breasts and shred them.
Return them to the slow cooker bowl and cover. Take HALF the biscuits and tear each one into four pieces. Add them to the bowl along with the vegetables as well. Cover and let cook for the remaining hour.
Bake the remaining biscuits according to the directions on the can.
